In overlap you are to far from the post, especially in us, try to just leave the skate from the post and that’s enough. You’ll be closer to the rebound as for the possible pass across.

Juraj Bežák - 6y 3w 4d 9h 18m agoThe shot is not bad, but here is my advice: 1. When you transfer your weight from the rear leg to the front leg, move more weight on your front leg. 2. Improve your follow-through, in other words, aim with your tip of the blade at the space where you want to shoot.

This will make your crossover strides more powerful and you will be able to maintain more speed. have a nice day keep working hard

I think this was actually good because I didn't have time to think about anything and I just played, which helped me maintain an empty mind. The opponent (Russia u16) had immense speed and was good with the puck, which was a great experience for me to get a taste of international hockey, and get a sense of what level I am on compared to world-class players
