In overlap you are to far from the post, especially in us, try to just leave the skate from the post and that’s enough. You’ll be closer to the rebound as for the possible pass across.

I know that coach didn’t wait for you but you have to play the puck from the beginning till the end in the practice too. Second hint: while going down, go slow so you "feel" the movement.

I think this was actually good because I didn't have time to think about anything and I just played, which helped me maintain an empty mind. The opponent (Russia u16) had immense speed and was good with the puck, which was a great experience for me to get a taste of international hockey, and get a sense of what level I am on compared to world-class players

Ján Korec - 6y 22w 20h 32m agoThis game was very good from my view. I had good saves, but I think I was slow when finding my way through screens. I need to be a lot quicker when finding pucks through screen situations.
